Pastor Lloyd

In His Service...

No Exit Lloyd 2

Since the time of my salvation I have had the call to preach and pastor.  This has been evidenced to me through the relationships that God has put in my life.  I believe the Holy Bible is the inerrant word of God, Christ centered and the absolute message of truth and salvation. I know the church needs a pastor to preach the Gospel in truth with grace.  It is my belief that the church needs a pastor to counsel Christians in these trying times with love and biblical truth.  The apostle Paul said this, “How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher” (Rom. 10:14)?  By the grace of God, I must do my best to preach the Gospel of Christ.
Furthermore, the Bible clearly states that lives are at stake.  The Gospel of Mark ever so poignantly says, “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned” (Mark 16:15-16).  As a result, my mission is to live out a life that glorifies God Almighty.  In fact, I pray that as long as I am physically able, God will use me to share the love of Christ with others in whatever manner, place, or time He has chosen for me.
